Lycaon Music Publications began printing choral music in 1997, and its printings were first used in performance the same year by choral director R. Daniel Earl at Santa Rosa High School, Santa Rosa, California. Created for the publication and distribution of choral music by D. James Royer, Lycaon Music Publications has also printed the new musical works of other local artists' arrangements and original compositions, including choral, SATB, piano, vocal solo, string quartet, and more.
Lycaon Music Publications is currently located in the Los Angeles area of Southern California.
